where can i get the driver to install the mp3 sansa e280 on my computer?
my comp won't recognize it when i plug it in the usb unless i have a driver, but i don't know where to get it. the cd that came with the sansa doesn't have it. on my laptop it automatically installed, but not on my pc, why not? i need the pc to recognize it in order to use it with windows media player. thanks for any help.
that's the thing, i let the found new hardware wizard try to automatically detect the driver for it, but it can't find it, and ends up with a yellow question mark in the device manager. how can i get the driver? on my laptop it had no trouble at all installing and recognizing the player. i didn't have to look for a driver or anything. this is weird.
