How do I uninstall MP3 Player Utilities v. 4.03 completely from my computer?
I can't find out how to uninstall this from my computer. If I use control panel and I try to reinstall a different version, the computer tells me the program is still there even though I have uninstalled it.
Check the folder where the MP3 Player Utilities v. 4.03 program was previously installed and remove any files left behind. Then check again. If the list is still there, try removing it again and the PC should tell you that the program was already uninstalled and asks if you want the name of the program removed from the list.
If the program name is still on the list. It is possible the registry for it is still in your windows program and hasn't been removed yet. You need to go through the Registry Editor and find the said registry file for removal. Make sure you know what that registry file is. If you remove the wrong one, your computer will be in awfully bad shape.
