I am about to find out which one of the above PMP devices is the best. A PMP device is nothing but a Portable Music Player which can store digital music files in mp3 formats from the pc. These PMP devices have taken the tape recorders, CD and DVD players out of action. One such PMP is the Mp3 player.
But now there is a tough competition between the mp3 player and the Ipod. I am looking to purchase a pocket music player and I am still confused to which one to go for. So I decided to do a small study and find out the better option.
The mp3 player is uses flash memory to store mp3 files. It also supports Windows media player, Wave audio and other formats. It is handheld and is weighs lighter. Some of the other features are play list editor, radio, web site streaming with backlight choosing options.
They use the USB port to get connected to the pc. Most of these players are powered by batteries and use AC Adapter. Now a days, the sad thing is even the mobile phones outdate the mp3 players. Some good examples are smart phones, Mp3 watches and satellite radios.
The price is also a considerable factor. If you have an mp3 player feature in your mobile phone, why do even want to think about buying one. It also has other draw backs like low battery standup time, takes more time to charge fully and so on.
But the Ipod even though quiet expensive, has a brand value and is light and so sleek and is trendy. The digital quality is also good. If you prefer to be go by the standards, I would always recommend Ipod.

My mp3 player only plays through the rear speakers. Can I fix this?
I've just figured out how to connect my cell phone into my car stereo to play the mp3s in my phone. I connected the red and white cables from the back of the car stereo into an adapter that connects to my phone and I was pleased to find that it worked, but unfortunately it just plays through the back speakers. The front speakers still play the cd/radio at the same time the mp3s are playing, so I just either press pause during cd mode or have it at volume level 1 on radio mode (though you can still slightly hear the radio in between mp3 songs). Why is it that the mp3s only play through the rear speakers and is there any way I can make it so that my mp3s come out of all four of my speakers?

It's not wireless so there's no interference. Not to be confused with an FM transmitter. Basically it adds an AUX input to ANY radio. No searching for a clean channel.
It feeds your audio signal from a headphone jack ( or RCA cables) by FM modulation, directly into the antenna input on your radio bypassing the antenna when on, allowing the radio to work as normal when off. It comes with an On/Off switch.
This is the answer. Totally versatile.
