how can i make my flash semi-transparent in a website?
i've embeded flash on my myspace profile. i created it with swishmax, used a solid white background for the movie (there's no access to transparent color), and placed a semi-transparent shape in the scene (as if a background). then on the export tab i used export as HTML (tags) and set the window mode to transparent. when i embeded it to myspace it doesn't appear as semi-transparent. i used the code given by swishmax itself. so how can i make it semi-transparent like those imeem mp3 players on www.imeem.com? they used flash too...
well you can use the background color of your myspace page in your swish project. the background of your page then blends with the swish background, making it appears to be same background.
It always wise to have backups of your projects and modify it to suit your present needs.
